YaHei;">区司法局医疗纠纷预防调处中心主任、医疗纠纷人民调解委员会副主任刘俊喜获“全国模范人民调解员”荣誉称号。作为一名普通的基层调解员，刘俊兢兢业业、尽职尽责，不厌其烦地化解一个又一个矛盾，平息一场又一场纠纷，用情与法为群众调解搭建起了“连心桥”。10年来，他参与调解纠纷606件，调解成功575件，调解成功率达94.8%，用诚心、热心、耐心、爱心“调”出了一片人间真情，有效维护了全区良好的医疗机构秩序和社会安全稳定。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p YaHei;">刘俊今年46岁，于2002年通过公开遴选进入区司法局医疗纠纷预防调处中心。从之前性格内向的“技术男”到直接和群众面对面打交道的调解员，面对这个全新而陌生的领域，刘俊几乎就是“小白”。为了尽快适应身份、进入角色，他跟着同事和前辈积极学习解调方法，不断提高自身调解技能、应急处置及临场应变的能力。不久，刘俊就投入到医疗纠纷调处工作中。平日里，无论是城区各大医院，还是各镇街中心卫生院、村卫生所，哪里有矛盾纠纷，哪里就有刘俊忙碌的身影。2018年，刘俊被我区授予特聘“调解能手”称号。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section 16px;color: #3f3f3f;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">2021年11月的一天，太和镇居民张某（化姓）因突发昏厥，到该镇中心卫生院就医，初步诊断其为脑梗塞、冠心病、高血压、颈椎病等，于当天下午抢救不治身亡。闻讯赶来的家属认为是医疗事故，情绪激动、大吵大闹。刘俊和同事随即赶到现场，与镇党委政府、当地民警一起进行调解。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.25em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #3f3f3f;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">次日上午，家属组织了30余人与院方和刘俊等工作人员进行调解。因其态度恶劣、场面混乱，首次调解无果。下午，刘俊等工作人员再次对其进行政策法规宣传，但因双方提出的赔偿金额相差太大，无法达成调解。第三天，家属竟在医院门口吵闹，对医院造成了极大的影响，调解无果。第四天，其直系亲属授权委托其他旁系亲属继续参与调解……通过艰难的四天调解，在刘俊和其他工作人员的不懈努力下，最终双方达成调解协议，平息了这场闹剧。</span></p><p YaHei;">还有一次，龙市镇66岁居民毛某因恶心、呕吐并伴有腹泻，到合川城区某医院就诊。经初步诊断，该院急诊科以“腹泻待查”将患者转入消化内科住院治疗。两天后，毛某因病情加重离世。医院认为病人的突然死亡系自身疾病所致，与医院无关，毛某家属则认为是重大医疗事故，要求院方给个说法。医患双方各持已见、沟通无效，随即用其亲属电话向区卫生行政主管部门投诉。</span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #3f3f3f;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">刘俊和同事接到通知后立即赶往现场。刘俊向毛某家属详细介绍了医疗纠纷的处置程序和办法，引导患方家属依理依法维权。在调解中，刘俊认为该纠纷损害后果大、责任较难划分，建议双方通过司法鉴定明确死因、分清责任再作调解，双方表示同意。</span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color:
