!important;">“‘老支书说事’让村民有了更专业的调解团队来处理矛盾，他们用群众乐于倾听的语言、易于接受的方式，把头疼的邻里纠纷断得清清楚楚。如今村里的矛盾纠纷案件大大降低，邻里关系更亲了，村民自治也更顺了。”袁桥村支部书记何阳介绍，三位“老支书”群众基础好、威望高、又熟悉政策法规，他们参与矛盾纠纷化解工作，群众更信服，实现了纠纷不出院落、小事不出网格、大事不出村。近三年来，“老支书议事小组”成功化解村民矛盾纠纷232件起，涉及征地拆迁、劳动争议、邻里纠纷等焦点难点问题。</span></p><p
