我市启动打击治理电信网络诈骗违法犯罪三年行动

border-box;">3月20日，记者从全市深化打击治理电信网络诈骗违法犯罪工作推进会上获悉，2020年12月，市委、市政府启动“全民反诈”专项行动以来，我市电信网络诈骗立案数、损失金额连续三年下降，打击处理犯罪嫌疑人数、追赃挽损金额连续三年上升，社会治安突出问题专项整治成效明显。为了进一步推进工作，<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">即日起，市委、市政府决定部署开展全市打击治理电信网络诈骗违法犯罪三年行动（2024—2026）</strong>，全力压减电信网络诈骗违法犯罪案件，切实维护人民群众财产安全，不断增强人民群众获得感、幸福感、安全感。</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">会议对全市打击治理电信网络诈骗违法犯罪重点工作进行了部署。要进一步完善机制、压实责任，推动将预警劝阻、宣传防范等工作纳入镇街法定职责事项清单，以及村社、网格任务清单。要进一步强化精准预警，建立预警对象唤醒评估机制，落实分级分类劝阻，强化精准反制、精准宣防，加强对容易受骗群体的宣传教育，2024年，资金预警劝阻后被骗率明显下降。要进一步增强依法打击质效，提升整体作战能力，强力推进大案攻坚和挂牌案件侦办，2024年，挂牌案件破案率明显上升。要提升数智实战能力、追赃挽损能力，将追赃挽损贯穿侦查、诉讼、审判全过程，提升法律支撑能力，协助受害人提起诉讼，倒逼有关行业部门增强责任意识。要进一步深化重点要素治理，加强行业治理，加强网络生态治理，深化属地管控，强化多跨协同，努力形成更多一体化综合应用。</p></section></section><section
