2023年2月28日，合川区合阳城街道洛阳溪社区的网格微信群里。一条信息直接@群主易宏金。原来是社区某小区的业主，发现那几天晚上有从不明地方传来的噪音，影响了居民的正常生活。为了尽快查明噪音来源，还居民安静的生活环境，特地在小区微信群里发出求助信息。易宏金立刻向小区物业管理人员了解情况，经过多方盘查，发现是小区一个商铺的抽风机发出的声音，经过物管人员多次上门协调，5天后，噪音被彻底整改。</p><p 清早，40多岁的邓民（化名）来到他工作的小区，与门岗值班保安交接后，开始了他一天的工作。看着忙碌的邓民，谁会想到他曾是一名精神疾病患者。原来，20多年前，邓民因为事业和家庭不顺导致精神出现问题，有道是祸不单行，没多久，邓民在当地砖厂上班的母亲出事故，导致左手臂左腿全部被截肢。全家4口人（邓民还有一个年幼的儿子）仅靠邓民父亲外出打短工支撑，陷入困顿的邓家成了当地的困难大户。</p><p 2021年，合川区出台了《重庆市合川区引导社会力量参与社会治理实施意见》，并探索成立了合川区社会治理共治中心，为社会多元主体参与社会治理搭建了平台。区残联作为共治中心群团组织联络中心成员，启动“残疾人居家托养服务”项目，知心社工作为共治中心社会组织孵化中心社会组织，参与该项目承接工作。经过排查，社区书记、知心社工负责人李琼将邓家作为服务对象进行上报，经过审批，邓家被正式纳入“残疾人居家托养服务”的帮扶名单。在随后的近两年时间里，李琼所在的知心社工组织全力帮扶邓家。2023年上半年，看到邓民已经有了独自劳动的能力，李琼所在的知心社工又为他找到一份保安工作。</p><p
