重庆市合川区人民政府关于2024年春节期间设置烟花爆竹集中燃放点的通告

2em;">为营造春节祥和喜庆氛围，满足群众对传统文化的需求，根据《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》《重庆市燃放烟花爆竹管理条例》有关规定，决定在我区城区周边设置4处烟花爆竹集中燃放点。现将有关事项通告如下：</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">一、集中燃放点位置</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">（一）涪滨西路与牟沙路交汇延伸路段；</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">（二）合阳大道合川农贸城往钓办大阳村方向路段；</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">（三）嘉滨路花滩世纪乐都东北侧路段；</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">（四）高新区福九路与清居路交汇路段。（具体详见附图）</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">二、集中燃放时间</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">2024年2月9日（除夕）、10日（正月初一）20时至次日凌晨<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-size: 16pt;">1</span>时期间。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">三、集中燃放安全管理措施</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">（一）集中燃放点内允许经营和个人燃放的烟花爆竹品种为：C级和D级产品中的喷花类、旋转类、玩具类（烟雾型、摩擦型除外）、爆竹类（“土火炮”“大夹小”和“炮中炮”爆竹产品除外）、升空类（火箭、旋转烟花产品除外）、组合烟花类6类。禁止销售和燃放礼花弹、架子烟花、小礼花、吐珠烟花产品和单发药量大于25g、内径大于30mm（1.2″）的内筒型组合烟花等专业燃放类产品，禁止销售和燃放擦炮、摔炮、药粒型吐珠产品。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">（二）集中燃放点采取封闭管理，内部分为销售区和燃放区。市民在销售区购买烟花爆竹后，只能在划定的燃放区域内进行燃放，禁止在销售区域燃放，不得将未燃放的烟花爆竹带出集中燃放点。未成年人燃放烟花爆竹，应当由监护人或者其他成年人陪同看护。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">（三）市民应尽量乘坐公共交通工具或步行前往集中燃放点，减少集中燃放点周边道路交通压力。驾驶车辆前往现场应服从现场民警、辅警或相关工作人员的指挥。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">（四）充气棒（剑、锤）、“雪花罐”、氢气球、孔明灯等易燃易爆及其他危及公共安全的物品禁止带入集中燃放点；禁止无人机等“低慢小”航空器未经批准在集中燃放点内飞行。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">（五）集中燃放点以外的城市建成区一律禁止销售、储存、携带、燃放烟花爆竹。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">请广大市民给予理解和支持，按照通告要求，自觉遵守集中燃放点安全管理措施，维护良好燃放秩序，保障社会公共安全和全区人民人身财产安全。</section><section style="text-indent:
