YaHei;">合阳司法所得知该情况后，主动介入，引导当事人走调解程序并积极参与调解。调解过程中，调解员向当事人讲解了相关法律法规，经过调解员多次释法明理，双方达成协议，由公司采取现场转账的方式一次性支付刘某各类赔偿费用。事后，合阳司法所还组织普法志愿者到该公司进行普法宣传，得到该公司职工的一致好评。</span></p><p style="line-height:
