border-box;">如何充分发挥审判职能作用，为重庆加快内陆开放高地建设、推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展贡献司法力量？重庆市高级人民法院党组成员、副院长孙海龙表示，将以“平等保护”“能动司法”作为服务保障总体理念，不管国内外，还是市内外，当事人诉讼权利一律平等，充分尊重中外当事人的合法权益。</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: border-box;">近年来，律师行业在助推中国-东盟企业投资与经贸合作中发挥着越来越重要的作用。中国律师如何更好地服务“中国-东盟命运共同体”？全国政协委员，重庆静昇律师事务所创始合伙人、主任彭静表示，一方面要鼓励开展多元化涉外法律服务模式，鼓励中国律所与海外的律所开展紧密合作，以满足企业海外投资的法律需求；另一方面，继续推动外籍律师担任重庆律所顾问。</p><p border-box;">与会的中国和东盟专家还围绕“陆海新通道建设的法治保障”“共建一带一路的规则创新与实践”“中国-东盟区域国别法治经验分享与合作机制构建”以及“一带一路法律服务平台构建与法律人才培养机制”四个议题，开展了热烈的研讨。</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing:
