齐抓共管聚合力 切实提升预防未成年人违法犯罪工作水平——重庆市预防青少年犯罪研究会“研究基地调研”座谈会在合举行

red;">“坚持立足教育、科学矫治、有效转化的方针，针对严重不良行为未成年人，以‘教转一个人员、挽救一个家庭、托起一片希望’为奋斗目标，切实提高对有严重不良行为未成年人的教育矫治水平。”座谈会上，合川区法学会副会长、合川区工读学校校长田静在致辞中表示。近年来，该校贯彻落实中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于加强专门学校建设和专门教育工作的意见》，以及《重庆市加强专门学校建设和专门教育工作实施方案》，积极探索“百分制、六步管理法、小班化、寄宿制、准军事化”的“崇德循法”教育管理模式，深化思想道德教育、强化法治宣传教育、加强心理健康教育、探索职业技术教育，鼓励社会力量参与，有效提高教育矫治的专业化、科学化水平，40多年来，成功教育矫治3700余名严重不良行为未成年人重返校园，回归社会。专门教育已成为合川区、乃至重庆市对罪错行为未成年人实施保护性教育的一张亮丽名片。</span></p><p red;">市未戒所参会代表从“大力宣讲家庭教育、加强重点未成年人群体动态排查、建章立制提升服务”提出意见和建议。市未管所参会代表建议从“艺术教育、法治教育、沉浸式阅读”等多方面入手，创新专门教育方式方法。重庆市行知职业技术学校参会代表就“家庭教育课堂、营造全员育人氛围、法治教育进校园”等职业教育特色作交流发言。江津二中参会代表就该校“院士精神铸造校园文化品牌、立体化多维特色心理健康教育模式”做了交流。铜梁全德学校就专门教育的社会价值以及该校近期工作开展做了介绍。</span></p><p
