合川区新专联召开2022年党外人士调研课题工作会
<p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 16px;"> 4月21日下午，合川区新专联召开2021年度调研课题结题暨2022年度调研课题开题工作会，区委统战部党常务副部长廖兴元、二级巡视员李绍兵出席会议。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;"> </span>会议认真总结了2021年度区新专联完成的党外人士调研课题成果并颁发结题证书，下达“2022年度题为“我区打造网络安全产业数字经济创新发展试验区的条条件与建议”的调研课题，并签定课题任务书。</p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;"> </span>为高质量完成调研课题，展示新阶层人士的专业才智和专业水平，为区委区政府打造网络安全产业数字经济试验提供具有决策价值的建议，区新专联成立了课题调研组，确定对外经贸学院创客学院院长张伟东为课题主执笔人，魏杰、邹建、杨强为课题组成员，区新专联会长陈登明为课题召集人，秘书长赵成玉为联络人，按照课题时间要求，5月上旬完成初稿，5月中下旬参加区委党外人士座谈。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;"> </span>会上，主执笔人张伟东汇报了课题总体思路和主提纲，课题将重点剖析我区在全市网络安全产业布局中的定位与功能，计划分别从试验区建设背景、基础条件和未来发展提出有针对性的建议，重点在政府支持体系建设、技术创新体系建设、产业应用体系建设、教育培训体系建设、投资保障体系建设和运营体系建设六大方面提出建议，形成课题报告，供区委区政府决策参考。与会人员围绕课题进行认真探讨，提出建议。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_GBK; font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;"> </span>常务副部长廖兴元在总结讲话中，充分肯定区新专联积极融入合川区发展大局，紧紧围绕全区中心工作，发挥优势，扎实调研，形成了对党委政府科学决策具有参考价值的调研成果，受到区委主要领导高度肯定，倍受关注。对今年课题提出了四点意见：一要高度重视，提高政治意识。合川打造以网络安全产业为特色的数字经济创新发展试验区是区第十五次党代会提出的未来五年的目标任务，区新专联要发挥新的社会阶层专业人士专业才智，彰显风采；二是要做到时间，人力，精力“三集中”，按时完成课题任务。三要注重质量，精准把脉，多提良策、谋实招，帮助党委政府打开思路、谋划方向、制定决策。四要确保人力、物力、保障“三到位”。课题组做好调研工作，区新专联要积极支持课题组工作，区委统战部将做好统筹资源和协调相关职能部门积支持课题调研工作，新专联要在撰写课题工作中，着力挖掘培养更多人才，提高参政议政能力，为地区经济转型发展、共建合美合川贡献智慧和力量。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;
