11月23日清晨6点，彭高霞的身影连续第13天准时出现在钓鱼城街道巴湾社区值守点，维持小区居民出入卡口秩序。临近9点，外出采购生活物资的居民逐渐多了起来，劝导和维持秩序格外重要。她依然保持耐心周到、热情服务的态度，不厌其烦地引导着每一位居民。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"> “婆婆，你这个出门条载明了9点后才能出门哟！”</p><p style="white-space: normal;"> “啊，我不晓得，前几天都是家里其他人出去买菜的。”</p><p style="white-space: normal;"> “您稍等几分钟嘛，到了9点就可以出去了。不过，记得12点前要回小区哟。另外，出去买东西时要注意自我防护，戴好口罩，注意安全哈。”</p><p style="white-space: normal;"> 傍晚6点，彭高霞匆匆吃完盒饭，穿上防护服，戴上口罩、面罩，像往常一样来到巴湾社区安排的居民核酸检测点，熟练地开启了核酸检测采样模式。晚上10点，忙完居民核酸检测采样工作，彭高霞终于又回到了店里。她看着手机里家人、经销商等打来的数个未接电话，她一一的回拨了过去。随后，看着女儿的微信留言：“妈妈，您什么时候回来？注意安全哟。”她的眼睛不禁湿润了，用微微颤抖的手回复着：“宝贝儿，我的乖女儿，要听爷爷奶奶的话哦。这几天疫情防控工作正处于攻坚期、关键期，妈妈还要坚守几天，待疫情结束了，妈妈就回来陪你了。放心吧，妈妈会注意安全的。”</p><p 在连续13天的抗疫工作中，彭高霞了解到个别经营者出现了抵触情绪。为全面落实全国、全市、权区疫情防控工作要求，她充分发挥政协委员广泛凝聚共识的优势和民建会员密切联系经济界的党派优势，充分利用每日下午的空闲时间，主动靠前挨家挨户做辖区内经营者的思想工作。对巴湾社区附近经营者集中的菜市场，通过日常走访、口头宣传等方式，耐心细致地讲解疫情防控的严峻形势和可能带来的危险后果，并且站在自身经营发展的角度和切身体会，安抚一些因疫情经营状况受损的商家。有时候，她一讲解就是一个小时。为此，经营者们深受感动，纷纷表示一定主动配合、贯彻落实好疫情防控工作相关政策，遵守防疫规定和有关要求。同时，对周边酒水经营店和线上经销商，彭高霞发挥自身行业影响力，通过微信群宣讲、转发官方倡议书等方式，凝聚酒水行业经营者的共识，带动经营者们联防联控、下沉一线支援</p><section 钓鱼城街道巴湾社区，近日居民的日常用品和防疫物品需求越来越大，只依靠保供点的人员配送难以满足需求。于是，彭高霞主动对接社区负责人，及时收集社区300余户居民急需的防疫物品、日常药品、婴幼儿用品等信息，安排自己公司店内6名员工负责采购，并及时配送到防疫封控区卡点或非封控区楼院。其中2名员工专门负责主动上门为17户行动不便的独居老人配送粮油肉菜等必需生活物资。员工们身着“祥合商贸”红背心，搬物资、爬楼梯，已成为居民心中的一道暖心的红色风景线。</p><section 面对笔者敬佩的目光和由衷的赞赏，彭高霞平静地告诉大家：“作为一名区政协委员和民建会员，积极带领企业职工参加疫情防控工作，并为全区打赢疫情防控歼灭战奉献一份爱心和力量，这是我的应尽之责。”听着这简短朴实的一句话，再联想到她10多天来坚守一线抗疫的那一幕幕场景，我不禁想到：这在当今市场经济环境下的民营企业中实属罕见，充分体现了一名政协委员和新时代企业家的博大胸襟和社会责任。</p><p
